Me solicitan la difusión de esta interesante convocatoria para la concesión de becas postdoctorales en Italia. Aunque lo promueve el Instituto Nacional de Física Nuclear hay 4 plazas para investigación en el área de Estudios Urbanos ligada al doctorado que el Gran Sasso Science Institute imparte en este campo.
The National Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN) offers 4 positions for research activity at the International Doctoral School Gran Sasso Science Institute (GSSI) in the field of Urban Studies. Applicants must hold a Ph.D degree or an equivalent qualification. There is no age limit for applicants; however they must have earned their doctoral degree not earlier than January 1, 2007. Candidates who are preparing their doctoral thesis are eligible to apply; however, they must have obtained their Ph.D degree before taking up their appointment with INFN-GSSI. The research topics and the number of research grants are listed in the Annex 1. Candidates can only apply to one research topic. The annual gross salary is € 40.000,00. Each research grant is initially granted for two years and may be extended to a third year.
